Very convenient to my son in Orange. Parking good. Clean and comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Small fridge and microwave useful. New fence looks great!
Needed to access property from the back which was not conveyed until I called. Host answered right away. Steps to door could be improved.

The property was perfect size comfortable good location ice and modernized.. it was close to gas station bar laundromat grocery store and mini mart.. bathroom was very nice available parking
It was much I didn’t like maybe the arrangement of where the bed was in the room by the back door maybe.. other than that it was good
