Kings Avenue Retreat Close to Beach and Attractions

A very pleasant, excellently equipped, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained modern apartment in a great location - very close to the coast, numerous beaches, restaurants, attractions and even a shopping mall. Everything looks exactly as it does in the photos. The owner, Sofronis, also deserves high praise. He was extremely polite and kind and was always available and quick to respond whenever I needed him, both before and after checking in.

The property was clean and very well taken care of, and it was equipped with everything you needed. The host was very kind and communicative, always willing to help if you had a problem. The apartment was just a 5-minute walk from the main bus station, from where you could travel in any direction. The beach was also just a 10–15-minute walk away.

Nice and cozy - really responsive and nice host

It’s close to a main road and there s a bit of noise until midnight - it’s not that bad though. Some more details about finding the door and the parking would also help.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process quick and effortless. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
