Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt. Besonders die tolle Aussicht aus der 9. Etage auf See und Meer sowie der Balkon haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und für einen Urlaub mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch der Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Mitarbeiter der Vermietung waren bei Ankunft und Abreise außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bei unserer Ankunft hätte die Wohnung an einigen Stellen etwas gründlicher gereinigt sein können. Außerdem wäre eine Möglichkeit zur Verdunkelung des Wohnzimmers, zum Beispiel durch einen Vorhang oder ein Rollo, schön gewesen. Im Hausflur war durch die dortigen Müllklappen gelegentlich ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, was uns insgesamt aber nicht weiter gestört hat.
