Good location, very helpful staff and nice clean place with a good location. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Organised taxis to Victoria Falls and organised a Chobe National Park trip.
Wifi was a bit hit and miss but seemed to be an issue that was with the overall system..

Best hostel ever! Loved the free airport pick up (only pick up, no drop off) and shuttle to the falls (10am every day).
The food is delicious, the rooms are cozy, and the staff are all so welcoming and nice!

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms with good AC. The free shuttle from the airport as well as to the falls was also a bonus.
Wifi wasn't great. It doesn't reach the rooms and only worked in some areas. It's also a bit of a party place, so if you're older like me, maybe best to go somewhere quieter. I booked it to potentially have someone to go to the Falls with, which happened, but it's not my scene otherwise. Food also took forever.
