Location and property
- Lack of facilities. Property has no kitchen and food service. And there is absolutely nothing to cook ourselves. However, We were informed about this in advance and we were prepared.
- We can order food online but delivery charges are very steep. They don't even keep plates and water glasses inside the room. Upon request, we were given cheap quality plastic glasses.
- Property is in Chikkamagaluru, known for torrential rains. And there is no umbrella! Luckily we carried one since we travelled with kids.

I loved the location, cleanliness and the overall environment of the property.
I would suggest to add a small restaurant or service just for coffee, tea and maggie maybe. As the property is a little far from the main city so for having little snacks anytime at the property no facility is there.
