    Early check-in was not provided and was not permitted, despite the fact that I had informed the hotel in advance about my requirement. Due to the hotel’s refusal to provide early check-in, I was compelled to book a room at another hotel for approximately three hours. Consequently, I incurred additional and unnecessary expenses. Although my actual stay/booking was for only one day, I was charged and made to pay hotel charges equivalent to two days, causing me financial loss and considerable inconvenience.

    Hello we went for the weekend to tirumala and selected this location because it was close to Alipiri . But that was the worst decision we made, the rooms are so small and not as the images , the worst part is the toilet flush was not working and even after informing the staff they were helpless so we had to use bucket water to flush the toilet , Secondly the room was filled with black ants and all our food and sweets were covered with ants and the full room walls were of ants So I don’t recommend this hotel for family and kids

    My experience at Hotel Hill Hard was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition and was not properly maintained. There were ants all over the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The AC was also not working, making it difficult to stay comfortably, especially at night. Overall, the room quality and basic facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their room maintenance, cleanliness, and basic facilities.
