Fair Stay Hotel

I like how clean and good quality materials used by this Hotel, eg. towels bed sheet and covers. But the room is so tiny you do not have space to put your bags . I also experienced more than 11 times water disconnection during my 4 days stay. overall, the rating of this attracted me to try it. but I think it is over rated and a 6.5 to 7.5 is reasonable rating rather than 8 and above.

Narrow room space. Water continuous disconnections . no coffee shop or restaurant available for snacks or drinks.

Hotel Fair Stay, Marottichuvadu, Edappally, is hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ernakulam. It offers star-hotel facilities at a very reasonable price, and the front office staff are polite, helpful, and informative. What makes it even better is its location , just a walkable distance from Lulu Mall, with 24-hour food spots and great vegetarian restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, calm, quiet, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities, including complete toiletries and even a shaving set. New beddings and pillows were good and new. Towels also new and clean. Easy access and excellent value for money make it a perfect choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommended
