Clean new. Staff helpful especially regarding tuktuk fares
No restaurant. Room tiny very little space for us and bags! No window in room.Shower didn't drain

The cleanliness and the ever willing helpful nature of the staff was refreshing. However, the most impressive part was the ambience and the decor maintained by the property.
The breakfast spread could be improved. Also, the bathroom door closer spring needs adjustments to make it easier and smoother.

Very clean. Good bathroom.
Ac did not work and I think staff knew there could have been an issue in the room but still put us in the room. Slept all night with no AC. Also had to keep going back to the counter for Wi-Fi password. About 1 hr away from airport as it is located in old Varanasi. As I left at 4.30am the trip to airport was 35mins.
