Location, swimming pool, the welcome kit/gift and the equipped kitchen
Not enough back up for brown-outs. Solar inadequate and recommend installing a generator as well

Peaceful, secure, and 100% blackout-proof!
No Blackout Worries: The property is fully solar-powered, so the electricity stays on even during local power outages.
Relaxing & Comfortable: Very quiet, clean, and cozy. It is the perfect place to rest and unwind.
Safe and Secure: The gated entrance and private setup gave us complete peace of mind.
Good Location: Located along Mitra Road in Sta. Monica, so it is peaceful yet close to the city.
Nothing! Everything was great.

Quiet, safe and peaceful. The caretaker is very friendly, nice and helpful.
Backing up water from the sewage to our room (guess room nearby the pool). Not enough filtered water for our stay, not enough toiletries papers, towels paper for the kitchen and garbage bags. Besides that nothing else.
