Walt was so friendly. I really appreciated him and his wife and how thoughtful they were to our needs and our stay. It was clean and comfortable.
There was some fighting we overheard during our stay. I think it was someone who was staying there as a long term stay. They seemed to know the manager and they tried to calm them down. It was a little unnerving.

Me and my mom came over the mountain in a very big rush to meet a family member that was being brought to the hospital. I tried booking a room very late in the night and was too distracted and exhausted to realize I was booking it for the next day ( I had just worked a very rough 12hr shift when we got the phone call and had to make our journey). We got to the property around 3-4 am and called to check in, just for us to find out I booked it for the wrong night. We explained our situation and they switched the room immediately to let us in and told me to meet in the morning for payment. The bed was amazingly comfortable, It was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever laid on. I walked over to the office to pay in the morning and I met who I believe is the man I spoke to on the phone (I was never able to get a name). He had such a bright smile and was so incredibly nice. He offered coffee for my travel and he asked about/ offered prayers for our situation. I will definitely be back if I ever end up back in Powell like that.

Location was 7 minutes from where I needed to be. Relatively quiet. Very nice staff.
Coffee maker in room would be nice. larger A/C unit would be a step up.
