Perfect location, clean, well equipped kitchen and lovely snacks.
It's a big confusing with the instruction on how to unlock the door. Instead of stating "turn to the left or right," using "clock-wise or counter clock-wise" would be much more clear.

Location for attending ballgame. It was very safe.
