First of all- THE VIEW from the balcony! This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in! Gorgeous room, beautifully decorated and with everything you may need for your stay. Well equipped little kitchen and bathroom with lovely toiletries. Host was very discreet, kind and helpful.
This is not something I disliked but it’s worth knowing that it is at the top of a steep hill so requires some stamina. Also, the apartment has a completely separate entrance to the main house, which is great, but the door to the room does not lock which may feel slightly uncomfortable for some.

Lack of answers from Sykes about key collection despite my several enquiryes. the problem was casually fixed due to the presence of the owner at the property: she gave me the answer I didn't get from Sykes.
