J’adore cet appartement, j’y viens depuis 4ans .Et depuis le changement de propriétaire, il est encore mieux avec pleins de petits améliorations. Séjour parfait.

De locatie was ideaal gelegen. Ook de 2de verdieping was makkelijk te bereiken via de trap of de lift. Het appartementencomplex was stil en rustig.
Het appartement had alle voorzieningen om het huiselijk te doen aanvoelen.
De communicatie verliep ook uitstekend!
Enige puntje van kritiek is dat de 2de slaapkamer een stapelbed in de hal was, die weliswaar afgesloten kon worden van de leefruimte maar nog steeds als doorgang gold voor het sanitair.

Super emplacement, très bon contact avec les propriétaire qui répondent rapidement.
Pendant notre séjour très chaud, une climatisation aurait été une bonne chose.

- Proximité de tous les commerces / mer.
- Appartement super bien équipé ! Grosse pensée aux enfants : barrières de lit, nécessaire de cuisine...
- Internet et télévision
- Propreté irréprochable
Attention au parking, la zone verte n'est pas très loin ( 500m) mais si l'on est pas habitué, il faut chercher un peu.
Le bruit extérieur peut être un peu fort en cas de forte abondance dans la rue ( je pense en été)
