We loved the location- easy to walk to several restaurants and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The garage private parking spot made our vehicle safe. Very clean apartment and we appreciated several things in kitchen- dishes, scissors, the ice machine, etc.
Construction made us have to find another parking garage entrance- not that big of a deal

This is an excellent, very comfortable apartment located near everything you may want to find. The host is super nice and ready to solve any possible issue. It appeared that the previous guest accidentally took the hair dryer, but I urgently needed it, so the host ordered another one, which I got in an hour, even though it was almost nighttime.
The kitchen has everything you may need, the bed is very comfortable, and the bed linen is new, high-quality, and beautiful. Nice door lock system, so you don't need a key. If I come to the city again, I will definitely try to stay at this place again if it doesn't cost twice more :).

We stayed here for the Final Four and it was the perfect location. Easy access to everything! Also appreciated the number of bath towels provided 👍🏼
It is an older building, but they have updated it nicely.

Location
It was not as described - not a Luxury Suite. We sent an email about have difficulties with the parking pass/bar code and we ended up paying $48.00 for parking. No one has responded to us regarding this issue.
