Obviously it was all well 80% about the proximity to everything. Basically the town and food, bit of shopping, some reading and even a walkway- right on your doorstep!
Honestly just nothing really that should be changed. If l had to write anything l would think a cold winter and parking on grass and the accompanying dampness a downer but a hot shower and crank up a heater to come come. So then to add to that and create an ambience some outdoor amenities wouldn't go amiss. A communial all weather outdoor table, a fire pit or just an outdoor heater of some description- be a nice to have. (I personally - a heated bath under trees somewhere! ;) )
