La zona es un poco alejado del centro eso hace que uno pueda disfrutar de la tranquilidad del lugar,la playa está muy cerca del depto es muy favorable a la hora de moverse.
Si no tenes movilidad propia para ir al centro es un tema.

La ubicación es buena, tiene comercios cerca y la playa súper accesible. Si bien está alejada del centro (unas 15 cuadras) la ubicación es agradable para descansar y estar lejos del ruido.
El punto más flojo fue el baño de uno de los departamentos, no tenía ventilación y había un olor desagradable que se mantuvo durante toda la estadía. Los colchones eran normales y se notaba el desgaste. Se hundían un poco. Había un solo ventilador habiendo 2 cuartos. Haría falta quizá un ventilador de techo. Fuimos a mediados de febrero y la temperatura era agradable. En enero con más calor dudaría.
