Algunas sugerencias para revisar, no me gustó que tiene ventiladores muy chicos, (son las de pared, las chiquititas) no tiene aire acondicionador en ninguna habitación, solo en la cocina y tampoco se podían usar varias cosas a la vez como la cocina eléctrica con el aire, o la ducha con el aire porque ya bajaban las térmicas y nos quedábamos sin luz, también al entrar al edificio tiene un olor raro, pero el departamento en sí estaba limpio.

Excelente atención por parte de Ihor, muy atento y predispuesto. La ubicación es muy buena, fácil de llegar y cerca del centro de Encarnación. No recomendaría si se vienen a realizar compras en el circuito ya que está lejos.
Sería bueno que incluyan algunos saquitos de té, café o matecocido y un poco de azucar o edulcorante. Mejoraría mucho la experiencia del inquilino.

O senhor que nos recebeu foi muito solícito e eficiente, respondendo todas as nossas dúvidas antes mesmo da nossa chegada. Fácil de encontrar estacionamento na frente. Apartamento estava muito limpo. Cama confortável. Voltaremos!
Cheiro desagradável no banheiro, parece que vem pela tubulação. Porta de vidro da varanda estava com o vidro quebrado.
