The flat is big and spacious.
The service needs a lot of improvement. Firstly, we arrived at the flat at 6:08 PM and nobody was there to check us in, as the check in was until 6 PM. Although we announced them in advance that this was the quickest we could get there. They left the keys in a box, which 90% of people on airbnb do, and told us they made us a big favour. Secondly, the toilets were dirty, duvets the same, there were cigarettes butts under the sofa, and when we told them what the situation was the owner tried to make some excuses and did not acknowledged nor apologised for it. Thirdly, they promised they were going to give us some extra bedsheets to cover the duvets, and they never arrived. Also promised to bring us some toilet paper, as they only left one roll despite there being 3 toilets in the house- never brought anything. And lastly, there was an odd smell in the flat which we could not get out. Maybe from the cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend it.
