The owner Mina was a really kind, warm and caring person! We had a good talk, she helped me out on my room and was a fun person to talk to overall. Mina recommended me some places in Incheon I should visit (and I did), they were so great! The room is clean and felt new. Bedsheets are clean and really cozy. Also great for shower lovers - shampoo, hair care and body wash that smell good. A new and fresh towel and a hair dryer so good, I could even forget I used it. Location is also really good - near a metro station for two lines and a mall above it. Several 24/7 fast food chains if you get hungry in the night. Soundproofing in the rooms are good, you wouldn’t hear anything that’s happening in other rooms

Sometimes because of the location, it can get pretty loud with an open window, but you can always close it and the noise will reduce

숙소 위치가 비교적 찾기 쉬웠고 주변이 조용해서 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 체크인 과정이 수월했습니다. 객실은 전반적으로 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었고, 기본적인 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 이용하는 데 불편함이 없었습니다. 가격 대비 가성비가 괜찮다고 느꼈습니다.

객실 방음이 조금 아쉬워 복도나 다른 객실 소리가 들리는 경우가 있었습니다. 시설이 전반적으로 깔끔하지만 약간 오래된 느낌이 있는 부분도 있었습니다.

The location is close to the subway which brings you to Seoul! Surrounding areas are also great local spots, so you get to see the real Korea. Mina is a great host as well, she likes to connect with people and suggests places to go to.

Mina was very friendly and welcoming, making it a point to meet every guest no matter how late they arrived, and show them their room— even offering to organize a BBQ party or bring us for meals. The location was excellent and obviously a hit amongst concert-goers. The size of the room was perfect for solo travellers.

There was no heating in the room, only an electric blanket (more like a heated mattress protector). With the temperature dropping to 5-8 deg at night in spring, it was very cold and quite hard to fall asleep. No check-in instructions were provided in advance of arrival, but there was also no front desk/concierge. I arrived close to midnight and spent around 5-10 min standing out on the street, at a loss on how to enter the property. While Mina turned up shortly after to meet me, my opinion is that it would make for a more reassuring and seamless experience to just inform the guest in-writing 24h in advance of the check-in instructions (it’s also useful for forgetful people who might forget their passcode). Lastly, the shower head is connected to the tap in the sink, and when turned to hot water, the water pressure is too low to stay in ‘shower mode’. It keeps popping back to ‘tap mode’. Had to shower in semi-cold water, which had the ideal water pressure.
