Luxury Balinese Villa, Private Pool Retreat

The villa it self is a stunning piece of art! For real. We felt rrrrreally comfortable! we had two nights here and would've want to stay longer if we had a time.. everything is new, the villa smells like hay, the outside area around the pool invites for having an evening chat - really cozy living room with a sunken sofa!!

to be fair it was a great stay but two things were off: the first communication with the management, was a bit of chaotic… but! we had booked the villa one day in advance so i understand it was a bit spontaneous? but still: they simply weren’t answering.. we were waiting at the villa and they were keep sending a link to a check in website, which booking.com got deleted.. so we could not see and open it.. but instead of telling us how to enter the villa and if we are at the right house actually, they were sending us the link over and over again😅 ..while we were cooked in the sun in front of the villa, not able to enter with all of our stuff.. but eventually following numerous inquiries of mine to please send us the steps to check in manually they told us.. after leaving us on read for 30 mins or so 😅 i guess one could optimise this.. second thing was: the ac in the living room was not working for whatever reason, they said they would send someone, which indeed happened, but they could not repair it.. so instead of ac we didn’t had to pay for the power we used.. i think that’s a fair compensation.. all over i still would come here as there are humans in the other side and we have understanding for these things. things like this happen..
