The chalet was excellent fully equipped feels like home

I was charged a deposit different from the one agreed upon with booking , they charged me €10,000 , while the agreed deposit by booking was €2,000 when I talked to the about it , they threatened me that they won’t be there to open the chalet for me if I don’t pay the deposit one day in advance In addition , I rented the chalet during Iran / Israel /USA war and the departure airport was closed and my flights was cancelled and I asked them if they can give me a credit for my stay , that I will come when airports are open or maybe give me a credit for next year , they refused , so I had to take the risk of flying during the war , take connecting flights just in order to fulfill my booking In addition , after we checked out , the stag refused to help us to return the skis to the ski shop and they didn’t help us with loading our luggage to the car , and claiming they were busy with check in clients .
