This 48 square meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator and communal pool in the town of Moggio, in the province of Lecco. The owners have stylishly renovated the spaces, maintaining a “70s” flavor that transmits a nice feeling of a mountain environment. The spaces have been optimized to ensure comfort and functionality, creating a welcoming environment in one of the most suggestive areas of Lombardy.
The apartment consists of a large double bedroom with new bed and mattresses; a bright and well-organized living area, where there is a double French sofa bed , suitable for accommodating two children, or an adult. The kitchen is minimal and equipped with a fridge with freezer , microwave and coffee machine . The bathroom completes the interior equipment, complete with toilet, bidet, bathtub with shower and sink .
Fast Internet, smart TV, and above all a mountain-view balcony among the best in Moggio, make this apartment in high demand. Access to a covered garage, although small in size that does not allow access to medium/large cars, is certainly much appreciated.
