This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the hills above Potrero, with few neighbors and views stretching for miles across the ocean, it's an ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet. Comprising two lovely master bedrooms and a children's bedroom, it's the perfect place for a stay with family or friends.
This house features a bright, open-plan living area with high ceilings and large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
BEDROOMS:
The 3-bedroom accommodation is ideal for two couples and two children, as it comprises:
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (new, medium-firm mattress), air conditioning, fan, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: King-size bed (brand-new, luxury-firm mattress), air conditioning, fan, smart TV, and open-plan bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, TV with DVD player, and a spinning machine. Yoga mats are also available.
EXTERIOR:
A large terrace runs along the house, offering both sunny and shaded areas. The property includes a swimming pool with ocean views. A barbecue and four sun loungers are also provided.
The house has an alarm system and a Starlink broadband connection.
The house is located on the "La Marcela" estate, which is secured 24/7 with an electric gate and a security guard at the entrance.
It offers parking for up to two vehicles.
A 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended for access.
Your co-hosts, David and Brigitte, will meet you at the entrance to the estate and guide you to the house. They are very helpful and will be happy to recommend local attractions in the Potrero area.
