♦Guest Check-In Instructions
- Arrival at the Gate: Upon arrival, proceed to the left lane of gated entrance where a friendly security guard will be present.
- Provide Identification: Present your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) to the guard.
- Receive Access Card: Once verified, you will be given a community access card with QR code to enter the resort. After initial check-in, you can access the resort using the fast lane on the right side.
- Use provided door code to access your vacation home.
♦Pool Information
- Pool heating is available for $30/day (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum charge of $150 per stay)
- Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check‑in
- Please note: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and may not reach optimal temperatures during very cold weather. Refunds cannot be issued for reduced performance due to weather conditions.
- It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool)
♦BBQ Grill
- The BBQ grill will be clean and ready for use upon your arrival
- Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank at a nearby retail store or propane refill station if needed
- By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.
♦Cleaning & Housekeeping
- The home is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival
- Mid‑stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee
- The pool is serviced once per week, typically on Thursdays (schedule may vary)
- Valet trash and litter pickup every morning
♦Supplies
- This is a self‑catering vacation home. A starter set of essentials will be provided for your arrival, but guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed throughout the stay. This includes personal care products, toiletries, food, beverages, and other consumables.
