Property offers free wireless internet throughout the home, large walk-in closets, 2-car attached garage with washer and dryer. Condo is well equipped with plenty of games, extra golf clubs, a bike and a collection of books for you to enjoy during your stay!
There is easy access in and out of the resort. A lovely community pool and spa are only a short walking distance. Enjoy your stay!

Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
