About this house rental
This adorable bungalow is the perfect home base to spend time to Palisade Colorado's wine country. Walk to everything! We are 2 blocks from the main town square, Farmer's markets, 3 blocks from public pickleball courts, wine tastings, music, events, restaurants and so much more!
(Due to local regulations, a minimum 30 day stay is required. Guests must complete a background check and sign a Colorado rental agreement as required by state law).
Our home, originally built in 1900 and brought back to life with a full remodel in 2021, offers charm and historic features such as original hardwood floors. With 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open laundry room, large country kitchen and adjoining living/dining, our home is incredibly inviting and cozy.
The Breakaway Bungalow is layed out well but is quite small; our max guest capacity is 2 adults.
Our large outdoor space offers a huge outdoor pergola with seating around a warm fire. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or out - planning your next adventure, this charming house offers a fabulous retreat.
