This all-season 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom retreat welcomes guests with its rustic mountain charm, making it a great Big Bear escape anytime of the year!
Guests will enjoy a serene setting nestled amongst the trees, located less than 2 miles from the slopes, the lake, the zoo, and the golf course!
Perfect for gathering and entertaining with friends or relaxing with family, guests will love the warm and inviting open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings, living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Warm your toes in front of the wood burning fireplace after a long day on the slopes. Relax on the comfy couch and watch a movie on the large flatscreen, or if you still have energy to burn, enjoy a friendly (or competitive!) game of shuffle board.
Preparing meals will be a breeze in the spacious kitchen with plenty of counter and cupboard space. Gather around the table that sits 6 to recount the day’s adventures! During warmer weather, fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco on the back deck.
As the sun sets, unwind with an après ski cocktail around the fire pit, or soak those tired muscles in the covered hot tub.
Ready to turn in for the night? Guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 on the main floor has two queens, a flatscreen TV with streaming services, and access to the back yard. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs and consist of bedroom 2 - a twin bunk bed and a queen, bedroom 3 - a queen and twin bed with a flatscreen TV with streaming services, and the primary bedroom with a king, flatscreen TV with streaming services, a jetted tub and walk-in shower, and a private deck - the perfect spot to have a quiet cup of coffee before an early morning tee time.
Additional amenities include a 2-car garage, shuffleboard, streaming, laundry facilities - ideal for doing a load after a day of sledding, and two ovens in the kitchen which can come in handy when preparing meals for a large group.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is allowed for 4 vehicles Max at any given time per county code. No street parking is allowed
This is a pet friendly property.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.
On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
