The sunny south-facing balcony, featuring a dining area, lounge furniture, and a Weber gas grill, is the perfect spot for breakfast, reading, or relaxing evenings.

Bedrooms & Living Area:
Two separate bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (160×200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The living room also features a comfortable box-spring sleeper sofa (160×200 cm).

Kitchen & Bathroom:

The building is situated on a slight slope; a short incline with steps leads to the entrance, and there are a few steps inside the building to the apartment door.
