This lovely three-bedroom, three-bath residence is located within the renowned Boulders Resort & Spa in North Scottsdale. Experience a championship golf course, four restaurant venues, an award-winning spa, and two pools.
Note there's a two-week minimum rental period.
The 2,800 square-foot Spanish-style home features a large gourmet kitchen, oversized living room, two fireplaces, dining area, family room, and an in-ground spa. Of course, there’s air conditioning and a two-car garage.
Two large master suites feature king-size beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bath and French doors that open to the spa courtyard.
The home is ultra-private—no view of neighbors. There's a backyard with an unabstructed view of the desert, a cocktail seating area, dining table, gas grill, and spa. Or soak up the sun in two full-sized heated community pools.
Cookware, table settings, and barware are provided—along with quality linens and towels, down pillows, soap, shampoo, and cozy down comforters. A washer and dryer, three streaming TVs, and WiFi are also included.
You’ll be surrounded by mountains within the secure gated Boulders’ Resort, where you can bike, run, or walk for miles among beautifully manicured residences.
Groceries and off-property restaurants are within 10 minutes. North Troon Golf Club is 15 minutes away. Westworld 25 minutes. And spring training in Old Town Scottsdale is a 35-minute drive.
