About this apartment rental
This condo has it all. Comfy, cozy & stylish. Outdoor furniture, electric BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry in unit & pull out sofa. Less than 5min. to SDC, about 15-20 min. to the strip, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Walking trail to the lake - take a dip in the summer months. Outdoor pool and hot tub (seasonal). Basketball court, tennis court and small playground. This unit is on the ground floor, there is one set of steps down to the unit from the parking lot.
The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the pull-out sofa is full/queen.

Great property- close to SDC which was what we were there for! Comfortable beds- only issues were quite a few spiders- host said it had just been sprayed- many dead but some still surprised us- smoke detector started going off first night- host had us disconnect the battery- all was fine- condo is in bottom level so if someone has mobility issues don’t use- had a great covered deck that would be great for longer stays- would definitely recommend

As middle aged women we felt so safe and comfortable tucked into The Cove, each with our own bedroom and bathroom, microwave to reheat our leftovers and a coffee pot to enjoy the balcony in the mornings. Will definitely aim to get one of Amanda's condos in the future.
