House was clean. I especially enjoyed the skylights in the master bath and kitchen. The owners provided a lot of extras. There were bags of ice in the refrigerator, extra paper products, and personal items such as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. I The area felt safeand quiet. It was convenient to grocery stores. We are birders and this location was also ver convenient to local birding spots. We had a problem with the hot water heater. The owner was very responsive and quick to fix the situation. This was obviously a new VRBO as there were no other reviews. We did make a few suggestions to the owner of some things to change. He was very responsive. Yes I would stay here again.

Everything was good except there was no extra bedding for the pullout couch. We had to borrow from the family we were visiting and then forgot their blanket there. SMH. The far end of the house is a bit chilly

The host was great. I reached out when we got there because I never received check-in instructions. They were quick to respond so we could be let in. I understand that his was a pet friendly location, but I was not expecting things to be covered in dog hair. The beds were fairly comfortable. The pull out beds/sofa were not comfortable and pretty gross. The kitchen was clean and had all the necessities. The curtains in the master bedroom don't quite close all the way, although it goes to a back ally so we weren't too worried about privacy.
