Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, plus one additional bathroom. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a lounge with fireplace, smart TVs, CD/DVD player, and a Playstation. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to expansive verandas, showcasing uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout. The villa sits on 21 private acres with manicured lawns, multiple levels of terraces, and a paved driveway for easy access.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the heated swimming pool (upon request, €160 per night), outdoor terraces, bar, garden, and parking. Daily maid service is included, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
