Located on East Beach Blvd, this cheerful two-story condo puts you just a short stroll from some of the area’s most iconic favorites—Sea-N-Suds, Pink Pony Pub, The Hangout, Mikee’s Seafood, Gulf Island Grill, and even Waffle House right next door (midnight waffles? Yes, please! 🧇😄).
And here’s something special: Sand Dollar 5 is one of the few units in the entire complex with an actual Gulf view! While it's not beachfront, you’ll enjoy those sparkling water glimpses right between the buildings—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
