About this house rental
Welcome to Royal Palms—your high-end, resort-style Florida vacation home. This spacious 4BR/4BA private pool home sleeps up to 12 and features a screened lanai, sparkling pool + spa, sun loungers, and peaceful golf-course views. Just minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), it’s the perfect family-friendly getaway or group retreat with an open-concept layout and comfortable, “have-everything-you-need” ease—so you can arrive, exhale, and start vacationing.
The space
This spacious home boasts 2,500 square-feet of luxurious open living. High end finishes such as granite counters, and tile flooring throughout. 10 miles to the nearby white sand beaches and just a few minutes from SRQ airport!
Large screened pool deck surrounding the heated pool & spa. Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Bedroom 4: (The Bunk Room): Full over Full Bunk Bed w/Twin Trundle Bed
Plus 2 additional Flip Chairs that fold down to single floor mattresses that can be used in any room
Traveling with small children? Pack n’ Play, Stroller, Highchair, and kids dinnerware provided
All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!)
There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island.
Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker with both single serve and full pot options (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill is provided with propane tank that can be exchanged for around $20 at any local convenience store.
Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room table that seats 7 plus
Breakfast table w/ 4 chairs
Pool heat is available for $100—just let us know if you’d like us to turn it on for your stay. We’ll set the pool to 85°F. (A quick heads-up: if the outdoor temperature drops below 65°F, most Florida pool heaters can only warm the water to about 20°F above the air temperature.)
If you’re bringing a furry friend, we’re happy to host pets! Our pet fee is $150 for the first pet and $30 for each additional pet.
