About this apartment rental
A 3-5 minute walk to the heart of West Bay Beach. Enjoy the action of West Bay or enjoy relaxing on your screened porch.
Dozens of great, restaurants, dive shops and bars within easy walking distance.

New AC (2), high quality linens, high speed internet (125 mps) and full kitchen. Screened porch with hammock.

Construction special(20% off) August 2nd - October 31, 2025.. We are building a guest house at the front of the property. There will be builders on site 8:00 am -4:00 pm. No construction happening to this house, just some potential building noise.
Queen bed, separate bedroom. Newly renovated (December 2021). New floors, bathroom, paint and patio).
LED cable tv and mesh wifi system (125 mps). Best residential speed available in the island.
2 new A/C, units, stove and fridge.
Full bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower.
Access to great mid West Bay Beach access.
Note: As of March 24, 2024 the pool is not included in the apartment rental. If you would enjoy a private pool the main house or Villa are excellent Casa Familia options.
Lots of parking on site. Most people dont rent cars because West Bay beach is a short walk(3-5 minutes) and water taxis to West End easy to find at the beach.
The walking estimate you see on the Airbnb app is incorrect (they don’t map the walking route correctly), we are a 3-5 minute walk to a fantastic west bay beach access. Our short street literally ends at the beach.
We have a local property manager. We are typically not at the property when guests are there.
Emerald beach is a quiet (mostly expat) community close to West Bay beach. It does have a very local feel, it is a neighborhood, not a "planned" community.
A fantastic center beach access point (beside the Henry Morgan resort). It is an easy walk to all the amenities of West Bay and an easy water taxi to the West End.
Foldable beach chairs supplied at the house and other chairs closer to the public beach.
Guests of Casa Familia enjoy special discounts at Gula restaurant (beside Henry Morgan) great Italian food and wine selection (great quality at very reasonable prices). Arrange reservations through our property manager to enjoy the discounts. There is also discounts available for their daily beach club pass.
Also nearby Casa Familia guests can enjoy complementary beach chairs at Beachers Restaurant (with food/drink purchase (small charge on tues - Thursday).
The road from the beach to the house can be dark and has little traffic at night so please take the LED flashlights provided in the house with you.

Car rentals are easily available, we can refer you to them (about 80% of our guests do not rent cars, at least for the entire stay). Some rental companies will bring the car to the house for you.
There are many quality tour providers as well, depending on what you are looking to do we can refer you to our favorites.
