New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Guests have access to the home, and the entire private waterfront beach via the walking path down to the waters edge.

This home was equipped with all of the modern amenities because it was just built. Bluetooth speakers in both bathrooms allow for you to listen to music or your favorite podcast while freshening up. Alexa speaker is in the master bedroom to ask to play your favorite song or artist at anytime throughout the rest of the home. Both the living room and main bedroom have smart TVs to stream your favorite shows or movies.
