The charming, exclusive Saras Weinchalet vacation home is located in the heart of Rheinhessen, surrounded by vineyards, the Rhine, and beautiful natural scenery. Rheinhessen is a geographical region in Rhineland-Palatinate and, in addition to its rich wine culture, offers a wide range of recreational activities. Whether it’s cycling, hiking, cultural experiences, or simply relaxing—there’s something for everyone here. Saras Weinchalet is a newly built addition to the owners’ existing villa but features a separate entrance. The spacious garden (1,200 square meters) with an outdoor pool (9 x 5 meters, open approximately May–October) is available for your use during your stay.
Shopping options are within 200 meters walking distance; there’s a train station in town (2 km), a bus stop (200 meters), and Frankfurt Airport (FRA, 45 km). Major cultural cities such as Mainz (Gutenberg) and Worms (Nibelungen Festival—book tickets in advance!) are easily accessible in 20 minutes by car or train. A children’s playground is 100 meters away
The vacation home is a fantastic location for up to 4 guests. Please understand that no additional guests are permitted, not even in the outdoor area.

Saras Wine Chalet, 55 square meters, bathed in natural light, single-story, and wheelchair-accessible, offers 2–4 guests an exclusive stay with top-of-the-line amenities and a private terrace overlooking the large garden and the large outdoor pool.
Individually adjustable floor heating and air conditioning in all rooms ensure a personalized level of comfort.
The bedroom features a high-quality double box-spring bed (180x200), tasteful, coordinated quality bedding, a large electric fireplace, a TV, and plenty of closet space to store personal belongings, making sleep and your stay truly restful.
The adjacent living-dining room with an integrated kitchen rounds out the amenities. The living room features an exclusive leather sofa—super cozy for sitting and relaxing—that can be converted into another full-fledged sleeping area in no time at all (when accommodating 4 guests). The sleeper sofa features a slatted frame and high-quality mattresses (160 x 200), making it more than just a sleeper sofa. Here, too, you can sleep and dream wonderfully while enjoying the view of the illuminated garden. The living room features a high-tech TV system that supports Dolby Surround sound—you’ll just need to bring your own popcorn and drinks.
The dining room features a beautifully shaped natural wood table and four comfortable rocking chairs—it’s a wonderful place to dine, chat, or play one of the board games provided.
The kitchenette is equipped with top-brand appliances and includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and, of course, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided), a kettle (tea provided), toaster, blender, and much more, as well as a high-quality, tasteful selection of truly ample and beautiful dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and accessories. You’re all set to get started :-)
Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, etc., are provided.
Direct and indirect lighting creates a magical atmosphere in the chalet, whether in the dining area, the living room, or throughout the entire chalet—arrive, explore, enjoy, and relax.
The bathroom—with cozy, plush towels and a few nice extras—offers you pure relaxation. It features a spacious walk-in shower, a sink, a lighted mirror, and a toilet; hand soap, a hair dryer, scented aromatherapy products, toilet paper, etc., are all included.
You have your own terrace and are welcome to spend balmy evenings outdoors. An umbrella is provided, and there are facilities for barbecuing as well.
Sara’s Wine Chalet is a smoke-free area. Smoking is permitted outside; ashtrays are provided.
Short-term parking in front of the chalet is permitted for loading and unloading luggage (play street); long-term parking is available free of charge in the immediate vicinity (100 meters).
Upon arrival, please check in at the main house (Villa Sara) or ring the doorbell; feel free to give us a quick call in advance.
On-site costs: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Other check-in and check-out times are always possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or, alternatively, via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival.Pets are welcome upon prior consultation and on a case-by-case basis.
