The bright living room is equipped with a reception area including a convertible sofa (130x190cm), a TV with home cinema, and a dining area. It is complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen, a real convivial area with its countertop and high chairs. From the living room, a large bay window opens onto a west facing terrace. It has an outdoor dining area and a relaxing area, promising pleasant evenings. The night space on the other side consists of: - One bedroom with built-in wardrobe and private access to its own balcony, queen size bed (160x200cm) - A shower room - A separate toilet, for maximum comfort The living room and bedroom are equipped with reversible air conditioning ensuring an ideal temperature throughout the year. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice-Côte d'Azur airport (NCE): about 35 minutes by car via the A8.From the Gare de Cannes: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. A car box is available in the basement of the building. Need a private transfer or a driver car? Our concierge service is at your disposal to arrange all your trips.
