About this house rental

This beautiful, homely house has plenty of space and a good sized pool that gets the sun all day. It is convient for both the airport, train station and local village (where there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance). A countryside location but with the added security of a permanent occupant in the adjoining downstairs building. (She's a lovely old french lady - who's only to happy to help with any local knowledge or assistance you may need).

Our stay at this vacation home was fantastic. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Nice apartment, with A/C, BBQ, patio and with swimming pool. We were with 4 persons and had plenty of space in the house and outside. There are 8 beds, but only one bathroom and toilet so I doubt whether 8 persons would fit. For our electric vehicle we made use of the charge station in the village, This was always available and a 5 minutes’ walk. The vicinity of the D554 (10-20 m) makes that it is not a quiet place, but we are used to this at home so it did not bother us. The below neighbor nicely keeps the pool and terrasse clean and keeps indivisible for us as good as she can.

Our family (6 persons) had a great time in this holiday house. The children spent a lot of time in the spacious pool and had a lot of fun. Beautyful towns and cities like Cassis, Aix-en-Provence or Marseille are close and within 1,5 hours to reach. We especially enjoyed the domaine from over the street with its fresh vegetables, meat and fruits. A bakery und little shop are within a 10 minutes walk. Our landlord Fabrice was very kind and an invaluable help with our car breakdown: he translated for us at the garage and gave us a lift to the station. We would come back any time.

Fabrice and his wife were excellent hosts. Very helpful and good communication. Lovely house and a nice place to relax. Good outdoor space and fantastic pool. The lady who lives in the downstairs part of the property was very kind and helpful. We would definitely consider a further holiday at this property.

I stayed here for one week with 5 friends and we had a great time. Fabrice and his wife were really nice and flexible, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. There's multiple bakeries and a small supermarket in walking distance. I can only recommend staying at this place :)

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances inoubliables. La maison était parfaitement équipée et dans un état de propreté irréprochable. L'acceuil était très sympa et chaleureux et il ne manquait rien pour se sentir à l'aise dès la première minute. La piscine et les alentours sont très propres et dans un parfait état. Sans oublier les bons conseils de visite de Mme.Carine lesquels il ne faut absolument pas râter. Nous recommandons cette belle maison à chacun.

The pool was great with the kids

We had a phantastic time with our children and friends in that quiet nice house. The woman living downstairs was friendly and helped us finding light bulbs and beautiful beaches. The house is well equiped, clean and the garden is much more beautiful than shown on the pictures. The pool just for us was awesome. Fabrice Favre and bis family gives us a warm and friendly welcome with some goodies in the fridge 😊 Feels like we will come again and have phantastic holidays again!

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines, en famille, dans cette location. Belle villa, idéalement située, à proximité de toutes les commodités, parfaitement équipée et très confortable, notamment le couchage (ce qui est essentiel lorsque l'on effectue un séjour de 3 ou 4 semaines). En outre, l'ensemble des équipements et matériels disponibles est de très bonne qualité (mobilier, électroménager, vaisselle, etc. ) Grande piscine, parfaitement entretenue et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour faire le bonheur des grands et des petits. Location idéale pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis, au calme, tout en profitant de cette magnifique région et de ses nombreuses plages, entre autre… Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible que nous remercions pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, sans oublier l'adorable Huguette qui a veillé à notre confort pendant toute la durée de notre séjour et que nous espérons tous revoir très vite. Nous retournerons dans cette location avec beaucoup de plaisir et la recommandons sans la moindre réserve. Laurent.

"Ce qu''il faut savoir, déjà, c''est que, contrairement à ce que l''annonce propose, il ne s''agit pas d''une "villa indépendante", mais du premier étage d''une maison, dont le rez-de-chaussée est occupée par une tierce personne, avec qui le parking et la piscine sont à partager. Juridiquement, il s''agit donc davantage d''un appartement dans une villa. En outre, pour avoir loué cet endroit durant deux semaines en septembre dernier, je peux attester que je n''ai pas pu profiter des deux vélos, pourtant normalement mis à disposition du locataire, ainsi que l''annonce le spécifie, du fait que le propriétaire était parti avec la clé de l''endroit où étaient remisés ces vélos et que la personne à qui nous avons eu affaire sur place ne possédait pas de double de cette clé. De même, nous n''avons pu avoir accès qu''à deux transats, les autres étant également sous clé. L''annonce prévoit par ailleurs que la résidence est équipée d''un sèche-linge collectif. Nous ne l''avons pas trouvé pendant notre séjour. En outre, il y a eu un problème assez important avec la piscine - puisque l''eau est devenue verte et impropre à s''y baigner - problème qui a duré plusieurs jours, alors qu''il avait été signalé au propriétaire, ce qui signifie que pendant plusieurs jours nous n''avons pu utiliser la piscine, alors que la location se fait avec cet utilisation. Le propriétaire, à qui j''ai adressé suite au séjour un courrier recommandé, n''a pas daigné y donner suite ni réviser le prix du loyer, alors que celui-ci aurait dû comprendre l''accès aux vélos et à la piscine. Enfin, l''annonce ne spécifie pas un point important, qui est que cette maison est située au bord d''une route très passante, de jour comme de nuit, ce qui fait qu''il n''est pas possible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, sans quoi on est dérangé par les bruit des moteurs et des klaxons des véhicules qui passent sans arrêt sous les fenêtres. Il va de soi que j''ai pris des photos de ce que j''avance, que je tiens à votre disposition, notamment de l''eau de la piscine verte. Je tiens à ce que ces éléments soient insérés en commentaires à l''annonce, care il me semble être la moindre des choses que les personnes qui veulent louer cet endroit sachent à quoi s''attendre. "
