🔸On the main level, you have two bedrooms (one bedroom has a king and the other has a queen pull out couch), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and one living room. You also have walkout access to the backyard and water from the kitchen (4 steps down).

🔸The lower level (steps required) has a three bedrooms (each have a queen bed), fitness room, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry

🔹Experience paradise firsthand at our Lake Shangrila waterfront, that home serves as a luxury retreat for families & large groups. Bring your own boat to enjoy fishing and boating, or soak in the scenic views of one of Wisconsin's largest lakes, from our premium outdoor entertainment area. Lake Shangrila is 160 acres and good for panfish, bass, pike, and catfish.
🔸Upon entering, you'll be greeted with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that create a picture frame view of Lake Shangrila. Enjoy the views from the sectional sofa while cozied up in a blanket, gas fireplace lit, and your favorite movie playing on our 70" smart TV.
🔹A few steps away, you'll see the fully stocked kitchen & dining area with 6 barstools at the breakfast bar, and a large formal dining room table that comfortably sits 10. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a meal or play a board game. Also, there's dinnerware and a high chair for children.
🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can step outside onto the spacious patio overlooking Lake Shangrila. Outside, you'll find luxury outdoor seating, an 8 person hot tub, 12 seat fire pit, 8 person dining table, lounge seating and a gas grill.
🔹30 feet separates you from the patio to having sand between your toes. Here you'll be able to soak in the peace and beauty from our lounge chairs, use the kayaks and paddle boards, or swim/fish from the pier.
🔸You can put your boat in the water at "The Public Boat Launch", which gives you direct access to Lake Shangrila as well as our dock where you can tie up your boat overnight. Lake Shangrila also has three private beaches and each beach includes a playground and picnic area. No overnight parking at the boat launch.
🔹Let's head back inside and to the entertainment area upstairs on the 2nd level. You'll find shuffleboard, pool table, foosball, board games, and a golf simulator, that also turns into a movie night projector.

A quiet and family orientated neighborhood nestled on a dead end road. There are 8 homes that share this road and all sit waterfront.
Getting Around:
You'll drive to most things, otherwise can take the boat to anything on the lake.
Other Things to Note:
🔸You can put your boat in the water at "The Public Boat Launch", which gives you direct access to Lake Shangrila as well as our dock where you can tie up your boat overnight. Lake Shangrila also has three private beaches and each beach includes a playground and picnic area. No overnight parking at the boat launch.
🔹While you may be visiting, your actions during your stay are permanent to the neighborhood and potentially our business. We kindly ask you to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. That means no yelling, screaming, or loud music outside during these hours. Noise travels further than you may think :)
🔸Two pets maximum per stay. A pet fee will apply at checkout so please be sure to include pets on the initial reservation under "guest count".
🔹Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause
