This text describes a luxurious summer house located near the stunning beaches of Langeland island. The house, built by Skanlux, is perfect for relaxation and entertainment throughout the year. It features a pool room with a 19 m2 pool, a whirlpool for 4-6 people, and a sauna. For more fun, there\'s an activity room equipped with billiards/table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 3, darts, and a bar with a fridge. The house\'s living room, which is connected to a well-equipped kitchen, provides ample space for up to 18 people. The house is perfect for multiple families as it has two separate sleeping quarters with individual bathrooms. Outside, there\'s a large terrace for dining or enjoying coffee, and a playground for children.
