About this house rental
The 3 bedroom house is situated 10mins walk from the city centre and on a bus route. It is a quirky mix of Victorian, classical proportions with high ceilings and contemporary interior.
It’s a 5 minute walk from Crouch street with its attractive mix of cafes, bars, delicatessen’s and antique shop.
Our Victorian home consists of two floors with the ground floor comprising entrance hall, cloakroom with wc, lounge and kitchen diner with utility and back door leading to a gravel garden. Stairs lead to the first floor with a spacious landing and bathroom with shower (no bath).
There are three bedrooms, one with a 5’ bed, one with a 4’6” bed and LEADING OFF THIS ROOM is a smaller bedroom with a 2’6” wide bed. All bedrooms have blackout lined and interlined curtains or blinds. Each bed has a mattress protector, luxurious topper and 100% white cotton bed linen.
