This newly constructed summer house, built in 2020, is situated on the East Jutland coast near the child-friendly Grenå Strand. The house is nestled in a picturesque landscape, a short walk from a sandy beach through beautiful countryside and woodland. The house, built with high-quality materials and attention to detail, can accommodate up to 24 people. The property is divided into three separate sleeping quarters with nine bedrooms, making it ideal for multiple families or for separating adults and children. It also features two lofts, one for sleeping and another for entertainment. The house has four bathrooms, two travel cots, and two high chairs for young children. The spacious kitchen/living area, equipped with two of each major appliance, opens onto a terrace. The house also features a wood-burning stove for added warmth.
