About this house rental
Welcome to this charming Dinard house of 85 m², warm and perfectly equipped, welcoming you for holidays with family or friends. Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, it is just 700 metres from the Prieuré Beach, ideal for fully enjoying the sea air.
On the outside, enjoy a pleasant and fully enclosed garden: tree-lined garden, 15 m² terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for extending your summer evenings.
Upon pushing the entrance door, you directly access a pleasant living room bathed in light. On the right, the living room invites you to relax thanks to its comfortable sofa and television, perfect for a moment of rest after a day of discoveries. The adjacent dining room will allow you to share your meals in a warm setting. On the left, a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. It opens onto a large bay window giving access to the garden. Behind the sofa you will find two doors: on the left, independent toilets; on the right, a small utility room with washing machine and sink.
On the night side, two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) await you upstairs for restful nights. From the second bedroom, a narrow small staircase leads to a mezzanine including a double mattress (140x190).
You will also find upstairs the bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Although the accommodation does not have private parking, you will easily find a free parking space on the street of the accommodation.
