Perching proudly on the mountainside, you feel as if Mt Lincoln and Mt Bross are in your backyard. Along with sweeping vistas is a sense of solitude, yet only 20 minutes to Breckenridge and world-class skiing.
Whether it’s winter skiing, fall leaf peeping, or endless summer activities, the Gold Mine is your destination with soaring views!
THE SPACE
The gas fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, and two decks are open invitations to the outdoors. Indeed, there is a former gold mine nearby at the Magnolia Mill, along with a beautiful hike up to Wheeler Lake at the headwaters of the Platte River. For the adventurous, access to Mt Democrat and multiple 14ers is only minutes away in the town of Alma.
The living room is an inviting space with expansive windows overlooking Mt Lincoln. Enjoy a movie night in the flex room with both a comfy queen size Murphy bed, sofa, and projector screen. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
BEDROOMS
The Gold Mine has three stunning bedrooms with plush Nectar mattresses. Did we mention the spa-style huge bathrooms?!
★ Bedroom 1: Primary suite with king bed, en-suite bathroom with graciously large walk-in shower, walk-in closet
★ Bedroom 2: King bed on bottom level (adjacent bathroom with huge walk-in shower and separate wash closet for privacy)
★ Bedroom 3: Flex room on bottom level with queen Murphy bed, sofa, and projector screen
★ Additional Space: There is a roll-away twin bed that is great for a child or teenager in the Harry Potter-style “cupboard under the stairs," which can be rolled into one of the bottom bedrooms.
