This Studio is a brand new and fully renovated apartment that offers a comfortable and luxurious living experience for both business and leisure travelers. It features a spacious living room lounge, a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and memory foam mattress, a full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment boasts high-quality renovations, new furniture, ample natural light through two big windows, and complimentary clean linens and towels. Guests will also enjoy the added convenience of complimentary high-speed wireless internet and 120 HD cable channels. This apartment is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers, seeking a memorable New York City vacation or a comfortable and convenient stay.
Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

The subway has several stations located near East 75th Street, including the 72nd Street subway station on the 1, 2, and 3 lines, the 77th Street subway station on the 6 line, and the 86th Street subway station on the 4, 5, and 6 lines. Additionally, several bus lines also run through the area, making it easy to get around.
Additionally, Taxis, Ubers and other ride-hailing services are also available to get around the area.
