About this house rental
Inside, a welcoming reception hall with tiled floor and carpeted staircase leads through to a bright, elegantly furnished sitting room. Double-aspect windows fill the space with natural light, while a stone fireplace with stove-style gas fire, large sofas, soft furnishings and Smart TV create a relaxed spot to unwind after a day on the course or the beach.
The luxury L-shaped dining kitchen is well equipped for longer stays, with an electric range cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, wine cooler, coffee maker and plenty of storage. A dining table for six sits by the door to the enclosed rear patio, making it easy to drift outside for alfresco meals in warmer weather. A contemporary ground-floor shower room with rainfall shower, vanity basin and heated towel rail keeps things practical for groups.
Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms offer flexible sleeping. The spacious master has a king-size bed (with super-king duvet), double wardrobe, chest of drawers and Velux windows to two sides. One twin faces the rear with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a super king on request, while the second twin faces the front with two singles and ample storage. A sleek family bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, vanity basin and heated towel rail completes the layout.
Outside, the enclosed walled rear patio garden, accessed from the kitchen or side gate, is ideal for relaxed evenings and outdoor dining, with a table and chairs provided. With 1.8 miles of dramatic Kingsbarns shoreline, a world-class links course on the doorstep and St Andrews – the Home of Golf – around seven miles away, North Quarter Steading is perfectly placed for exploring this renowned stretch of Fife coast.
