This holiday flat is located on the first floor of a well-kept house in quiet surroundings. The house is located just outside the town of Wiesmoor, directly on the Fehnkanal.

The property, with its own park (approx. 20,000 m²), offers you plenty of space to linger. In the park there are two garden pavilions, garden loungers, several benches, a sunbathing lawn, water features and a neighbouring fallow deer enclosure.

The flat is specially furnished for two people. A bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200cm) in white country house style and all-round "pure tranquillity" is just the thing for lovers. The holiday flat is over 70 m² in size and is equipped with a bright, modern kitchen including all appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and crockery. In the living room you can sit comfortably on a leather suite and have direct access to the balcony (with a view of the pond). Telephone, digital satellite TV (LED flat screen incl. Sky TV) and free and unlimited internet access are standard in the flat. The bathroom has two washbasins, a shower and a WC.

The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails, etc.) is about two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.

Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. There is also a free safe in the flat.
