Two full and newly renovated bathrooms (one upstairs, one down) so guests can refresh and unwind comfortably after a day of seeing the local sights. There's a light-filled dining nook and fast wifi-- perfect to set up your remote office, if you need to catch up on work while you're here.
The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a terrific retreat year-round.
We are 1.5 miles from Bethany Boardwalk and a 20-minute drive from Rehoboth's outlets and fabulous downtown shops. Paddleboarding on the Assawoman Canal is a stone's throw away. Assateague, where you can see horses running free on the beach, is less than a half hour's drive away as is Berlin, MD, "the coolest small town in America." There are art studios, antique shops, and wandering country roads to delight you--all right here.
