You can't live much closer to the beach! All 6 flats in the Strandhaus are maisonettes, furnished in a Mediterranean style and generously proportioned. The beach crossing Käpt'n-Christiansen-Str. is 190 metres away, Friedrichstraße approx. 400 metres. A short walk leads to Westerland's promenade, which is 4 kilometres long and meets all requirements in terms of gastronomy and shopping.
We warmly welcome you to our 4-room holiday flat Strand-Loft in the newly opened "Strandvilla Schützenstraße 4" in Westerland. The generously designed flat with approx. 86 square metres extends over 2 levels (1st floor and attic), the maxim here is "Arrive and feel good": the spacious 4-room upper floor flat offers space for up to 5 people. From the hallway area, the staircase leads up to the large master bedroom with flat screen TV as well as the shower room and the two single bedrooms with connecting doors. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, microwave oven, dishwasher and 2-burner ceramic hob. From here you enter the bright living room with sofa, stressless relax armchair and large flat screen TV with DVD player. A table and chairs await you on the sunny south-facing balcony and the large bedroom offers you a cosy double bed for dreaming. Two single bedrooms on the first floor invite you to relax. In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron as well as a sauna (for a fee), which can be used communally. Free Wifi is of course available throughout the house, and there are plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy each other's company, whether on soft cushions, at the large dining table or on the balcony. Come with high expectations, they will be fulfilled here!
